The Thousand Oaks Scandinavian Festival explores the culture and traditions of Scandinavia, including Viking lore and Norse mythology.
Professors Armour Nelson and John Norberg created the festival to celebrate the founding of California Lutheran University and the Norwegian settlement of Conejo Valley.
