We print your gift exactly as the preview shows it, so check the spelling before you order.
Frequently asked questions
Can I see my gift before I buy it?
Yes. You see the real product with your design on it before you order, and you can change the name, the artwork, the lettering and the color until it looks right.
What if I make a typo?
Please check your spelling carefully before you order. We print your gift exactly as it appears in your preview, so what you see is what you get. If you notice a mistake after ordering, reply to your order confirmation email right away. If your order has not yet gone to print, we will gladly help you fix it. Once it has gone to print, we cannot change it.
Can I use runes for any name?
Yes. We spell your name by its sound in the runic alphabet you pick: Elder Futhark, Younger Futhark, Short-twig, or Anglo-Saxon Futhorc. The plain spelling appears beside the runes, so you can check it. Runes are an alphabet, so this is a spelling of your name, not a translation into Old Norse.
Why did the artwork change color when I picked a dark gift?
Every design comes in a dark-ink and a light-ink version. We measure how well each one shows against the color you pick and print the one that reads best. If you would rather have the other, use the small Artwork ink toggle under your preview.
Where does the money go?
100% of profits support Asgard Alaska, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and its mission.
Can I put my pet's picture on a gift?
Not yet. Today you can put your pet's name on a gift with our own Alaskan Viking art. Printing your own photos is something we hope to add.
Can I upload my own artwork?
Not yet. Choose from our own Alaskan Viking artwork, drawn for our collection.
